The Shoulder
The shoulder is a ball and socket joint but with a huge range of movement when compared to the hip joint, which is another ball and socket joint. There are many reasons for pain in a shoulder and a few common courses are that the tendons could be injured or torn, the shoulder can dislocate or the shoulder can be stiff and painful due to arthritis. I am more than happy to offer advice, management and treatment for all of these conditions to help restore function and get rid of your pain.
The Hand
There are multiple conditions that can affect the hand, such as contractures (deformity of fingers / bent fingers), arthritis, stiffness, pins and needles with nerve entrapment. The hands are our eyes to our interference with the outside world and are of a vast importance. I am happy to see and advise on these conditions.
The Elbow
The elbow is essentially a hinged joint, with a rotational element which allows you to rotate the forearm. There are a wide variety of conditions that can cause discomfort in the elbow such as tendonitis, nerve entrapment, pain and stiffness, fracture. I am more than happy to see you and advise on all of these conditions.
